YOU|NL was founded by an HR and expatriation specialist who spent years managing corporate relocation programmes, coordinating international moves for professionals and their families at scale. She understood the system from the inside.
Then she experienced it from the other side. Moving to the Netherlands herself, she encountered exactly the same fragmentation she had watched others struggle with: five different vendors, none of them talking to each other, no one taking overall responsibility for the outcome.
That experience confirmed what she already knew professionally: a genuinely centralised, human relocation service didn't exist. So she built it.
